|Recommended: YesLiving In Here — Living in here, I do not have much thought, the maintenance for the place is good because they will help fix most of the problem, also it is near to school, so it is helpful for me, but I have seen a few times people that are drunk are in the parking lot in the night walking around

|Recommended: YesI Think Parking Is Horrible, And The Permits Are Never Enforced. — That it is very quiet and relaxing, but if you get home past 10 good luck finding parking because people without permits park everywhere and people with the uncovered parking permit park in the covered spots even though those are very limited.

|Recommended: YesIts Good For My First Experience Leaving In Usa Hopefully It Gets Better — I like a lot leaving in here. I can t hear my neighbors, and it s nice and quiet all week
The best part of leaving here so far is whenever I need maintenance, I can ask or schedule throw an app and has been working great for me
I didn't like how many changes we have in one year so far. I supposed to have free cable and internet. They already cut my cable and are talking about cut my internet as well.
But overall its been a good experience, I just hope it will get better those points

|Recommended: YesI Have Been Her For 1 Month And Everything Is Going Well, I Can't Complain — the place is really nice, has everything you need on property swimming pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court, etc. and price is fair compared to other places. It feels safe living here, close to multiple restaurants, freeway, bus stops, and light rail...great spot to live and it's quiet. I like the website set up, and choice to pay using debit or credit, yes you pay 20 fee but if you ever behind on your paycheck it'll buy you a lot of time.

|Recommended: YesPretty Great Place, Only Minor Complaints. — Landscaping is wonderful, the staff is super helpful. The only real complaints I have is the lack of parking, and how often the NFC locks are out of order.
