|Recommended: YesNeighbor Upstair Noise Can Hear Tv — i am pleased to stay here, but the guys upstair completely rudeness, unrespect other who live below and unknowledge and uneducated and loser. the guys upstair turn TV like go to Night club I can hear all. I called multiple times to Office to solve the issue that the guys upstair. last week, two ladies had come to my room and had heard how noise from upstair. Two month period, the gentlement maintainer came to fix my bath also heard the super noise from upstair. this is UNBELIEVABLE thatI CAN STANDING for this issue. I dont think I deserve for this. I pay the rent not to listening the guy upstair turn TV so LOUD. I think if I make mistake and effect to neighbor I will definely MOVE OUT
