|Recommended: YesFirst Apartment, Make Urv Your Next Home Beautiful Area To Live In — I had been looking for a couple months for my first apartment. I initially wanted to live near Sacramento State due to the area being so beautiful, but couldn't find any availability. One day I stumbled across URV on the Facebook marketplace for Apartments for Rent I sent a message on messenger on a Saturday and I received such a fast reply. I had a few questions regarding the units and Brenda was able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. What I loved the most is that I was able to schedule a virtual tour the next day, on a Sunday This was so rare to me because I was having such a hard time even finding any other apartments let alone scheduling a tour so soon due to COVID. After my tour I was convinced I wanted to live at URV. The layout is beautiful I like how URV is catered towards students but anyone who qualifies can live there. The amenities are great and available at no extra cost. There is so much parking available, and you are required to have a permit which costs 30 for uncovered and 40 for covered monthly. The only down side is that guests need to park outside the complex. Initially I was looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit and only was able to tour one that had a bathroom located inside the bedroom. Personally I don't have interest in these units, I emailed Brenda and she assured me that there were units available with bathrooms outside the bedroom. So I sent in my application a week later and Brenda helped me along the way answering all my questions. After I sent in my application Zahraa was able to help me with all the documents for approval. It was such a fast and easy process I had my lease agreement a week and a half later. Vanessa was able to give me my keys, my amenity key and mailbox key. I also received a welcoming bag with goodies. To my knowledge I thought I was getting a unit without a balcony but to my surprise I went to go view my apartment for the first time and I had a balcony patio Also my unit has free Wi-Fi, the only thing I had to do was call to set it up. Upon completing my inspection there were only minor problems, mostly with paint drips being on the floors. Also, lighting is limited I'm assuming due to the complex being a little older. So I'd recommend purchasing sensor lighting for the living room and room s . Aside from that my overall experience from applying to receiving my keys was a breeze. URV is located in such a beautiful and safe area, you are just 10 minutes away from Midtown Shopping centers are also only about 5-10 minutes away. For reference, Sacramento State University is about 5 minutes away, SCC is 10 minutes away and ARC is 20 minutes away. Also, across the leasing department there is a gas station I'd recommend you consider URV for your next home

|Recommended: YesSo Far Very Safe And Friendly — The updated 1x1 is very spacious for myself. Lots of storage throughout and the AC is nice and powerful. Zahraa helped me with my apartment and she was super nice and accommodating. My neighbors seem pleasant and the apartments are so close to freeway entrances which I like . Haven't had any trouble with my apartment so I'm really glad with what I got. This isn't a problem for me microwave isn't included. Overall I really believe I made the right decision. Maintenance drives around a lot making sure things look nice and kept and that gives me a sense of safety as well.

|Recommended: YesConvenient And Pretty — As a student at Sac State, it was great living so close to campus, just a 10-minute walk. I also enjoyed the close access to the American River, restaurants nearby, and a bus stop right next to my apartment. The maintenance crew was always very helpful and polite, they always said good morning on my morning walks to school. I would definitely recommend for Sac State students.
