|Recommended: YesNice Place To Live — Sometimes noisy at times which can be stressful during exams. Contacting security or front desk usually stops noise within a few hours. Overall good place to live, convenient to Sac State University. Maintenance is responsive to needs and staff is helpful and friendly. Security is good about patrolling the grounds to prevent non-residents from entering. New improvements to windows and painting are nice.

I am fairly new to the place, and although there is construction going on, I like the renovations and the features that are being added to the apartment complex.
